Tasks: Wall-mount three TVs, Network Installation

This client had just built a custom home. Total Tech Team was part of the build process from the beginning in order to facilitate some of the technology wiring. Ethernet, cable, phone, and audio were all planned. Seeing as how the walls were open while building, running wires was pretty straightforward.

The living room has a 75" Samsung Smart TV, which was mounted on the wall with a tilting bracket to help combat glare. All wires were run in the wall, and none can be seen. All components were placed inside the credenza to hide them. Ethernet in the walls help power the Smart TV features, such as Netflix.

The master bedroom has a 65" Samsung Smart TV, which was mounted on the wall with a tilting bracket to ease viewing from the bed. The DirecTV Genie box was mounted behind it in order to keep all wires hidden. An Ethernet jack placed behind the TV helped hide all of the wires.

The guest room has a 46" Samsung Smart TV, which was again mounted on the wall with a tilting bracket to ease viewing from the bed. The DirecTV Genie box was mounted behind it in order to keep all wires hidden. An Ethernet jack placed behind the TV helped hide all of the wires.

A networking center was setup in the office closet and all rooms terminate here. Part of this system is shown in the pictures. The modem and router are on a shelf. A second access point was setup behind the guest room TV to extend wireless to other parts of the house, but is connected by Ethernet cable to the networking center.
